Congratulations student grant winners!

Congratulations to the Historical Geobiology lab members who have received external and internal grants this spring!

Sam Ritzer received the Stanford-USGS Fellowship for her research on black shale geochemistry and natural gas targets, Malcolm Hodgskiss received multiple awards for his work on Paleoproterozoic Earth history including the Lewis and Clark Fund for Exploration and Field Research, GSA graduate student research grant (with Outstanding Mention), Mineralogical Association of Canada student research grant, Stanford University Bob Compton Field Grant and the Stanford-France Fellowship, and Rich Stockey received several awards for his work on the Ordovician Earth system including the NASA Astrobiology Early Career Collaboration Award, GSA graduate student research grant, and the AAPG Lawrence W. Funkhouser Named Grant. Great job all--looking forward to seeing the awesome research resulting from these awards!
