My research seeks to understand how changing oxygen and temperature conditions in the California Current System will impact the biogeography of marine invertebrate populations. Specifically, I use the metabolic index to elucidate the relative predictive capacity of various marine environmental indicators for the future habitable zones of Kellet's whelk.
